Thai Bliss Massage understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 24 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A $20 deductible deposit required to secure your appointment at your best convenience and will be deducted from your full payment in-store. Appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled within 24 hours or for which the deposit will be refunded to your account. No show or late cancellation will lead to non-refunded deposit.
Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service, if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 mins or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, our team will try our best to contact you. If we do not receive any response from you, it is considered a “No-Show” and your deposit will be non refundable.
We values your time and feels that it is fair to honour the same policies we hold to our clients. Should Thai Bliss Massage need to cancel on a client due to unsafe weather conditions weather, power outages, or other unforeseen events with less than 24 hours notice we will honour 15% off your next identical service and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.
Here at Thai Bliss Massage we will do everything we can to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations as required. If you are unable to modify or cancel your appointment online, please give us a call at your earliest convenience.
