We Take Pride In Our Treatments

Traditional Thai massage

A type of massage that involves stretching and firm pressure to reduce fatigue and release tight muscles while improving blood circulation, relaxing the muscles and creating an overall well-being. The massage is based on the concept of energy lines running through the body and aims to balance these lines by applying pressure at specific points along them.

Thai massage can help improve flexibility, relieve muscle tension and pain, boost energy level, improve circulation and reduce stress. It is also believed to help with conditions such as headaches, back pain, arthritis and anxiety.

Thai Oil Massage

A powerful treatment utilising various body oils and firm pressure, rolling and stretching movements using palms, thumbs, elbows and knees and the application of aromatic oil. Therefore, it follows the style of traditional Thai massage.

We start with a 15 minute’s full body warm up session using Thai Traditional techniques, this relieves tension without oil. After the warm up, we use oil on your whole body to relax the muscle. It works to relieve stress and tension from overworked muscles.

Aroma Oil Massage

Provided with special blended oil, refreshing and relaxing. This gentle massage allows the healing properties of natural oil to penetrate into the skin which leaves both body and mind feeling completely relaxed.

Therapists use varying pressures and techniques to release tension in the body and eliminate knots in the muscles. Aroma Oil massage is a comfortable massage technique which is often used for relaxation and stress relief and recommended ideal for people who are new to massage.

Remedial Massage

The systematic assessment and treatment of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and connective tissues of the body to assist in rehabilitation, pain and injury management. It is performed to create favourable conditions for the body to return to normal health as much as possible after injury, and is defined by the premise that the treatment can reasonably reverse certain physical effects that are present.

Remedial Massage is designed to balance muscle/soft tissue length and tension which may in turn promote the return to normal joint function. This type of massage also promotes the flow of blood and lymph, particularly to injured areas, thus reducing damaged cells, scar tissue and adhesions that may result from injury.

Deep Tissue Massage

Performed to focus on setting a rhythm and using flowing strokes to apply pressure to muscles throughout the whole body.

It involves applying sustained pressure using slow, deep strokes to target the inner layers of your muscles and connective tissues. This helps to break up scar tissue that forms following an injury and reduce tension in muscle and tissue.

Deep tissue massage offers both physical and psychological benefits. It may also promote faster healing by increasing blood flow and reducing inflammation.

Foot reflexology Massage

A treatment that’s been practiced for centuries. It involves applying pressure to different points on the bottom of the foot. One of the key benefits associated with reflexology is relaxing and stress management. This is achieved by applying pressure to certain points on the feet.
